Quem me segue nos grupos do facebook já sabe que há mais de 1 ano que ando a tentar desenvolver a minha própria linha de vernizes artesanais! Pois, há uns meses lancei a minha 1.ª colecção e dentro de dias terei uma nova colecção completamente diferente à venda! Those who follow me at the facebook groups knows that I've been trying to create my own handmade nail polish line for more than a year! Some moths ago I released my very first collection and in a couple of weeks I'll be happy to introduce you to my second collection, something completely different from this one! Purple Profissional N. 36/ A-England Tristam

Este Purple Profissional foi-me enviado para review pela marca e o que tenho a dizer é que parece que foi escolhido de propósito para mim! Adoro a cor, super vibrante e original! A aplicação dos Purple é super fácil, não escorrem para as cutículas e ficam bem com 2 camadas. O brilho é maravilhoso, mesmo nesta cor que é um neon, que normalmente têm um acabamento emborrachado e secam super rápido. Podem saber tudo sobre a marca aqui

Decidi carimbar esta cor fabulosa com o A-England Tristam que é outra cor de babar e que carimba super bem e com a placa B31! Eu sei, eu sei, não tenho publicado nada e já ando há meses nisto dos carimbos e ainda não tinha mostrado nada por aqui, por isso aqui fica o primeiro :)

This Purple Profissional was sent to me for review by the brand and all I have to say is that it looks like it was made just for me! I love this color, super vibrant and original! Purple's application is super easy, don't flood the cuticles and gets perfect with 2 coats! The shine is so perfect, even with this one which is a neon color known for having a rubber finish and they dry super quickly.

I decided to stamp this fabulous color with another drooling color: A-England Tristam which is perfect to stamp. I used B31 plate to create this pattern. I know that I haven't posted anything in a while and I've been stamping for some monthes now without showing anything here, so here it is! My first stamping experience here in my blog :)

Kiko 255 - Violet Microglitter

Este é um verniz espantoso ao nível de um A-England ou de um Cirque! É um tom de violeta profundo, carregado de microglitter holográfico. Cobre a unha com 2 camadas e aplica-se muito facilmente sem necessidade de grandes limpezas nas cutículas  Necessita apenas de uma boa camada de top coat pois tem um acabamento algo rugoso devido ao micro-glitter mas não é nada problemático! Está no meu top 10 de favoritos! 

This is an amazing nail polish, at the level of an A-England or a Cirque! It's a deep violet shade, full of holographic microglitter! It covers the nail with 2 coats ans it's very easy to apply without a big mess on the cuticles! It onlye need a generous coat of top coat because it has a lumpy finish thanks to the micro glitter, but it's not a problem at all. It's definitely at my fav's top 10!

Mollon Party Line 156

Este é o meu favorito de todos os Party Line que recebi para review e gosto de deixar o melhor para o fim! Tem uma cor e uma profundidade fabulosas! É composto totalmente por glitter super fino de formato quadrado num tom que fica entre o azul marinho e o roxo, talvez o chamado blurple em base transparente. Usei 2 camadas dele sobre 1 camada do OPI Russian Navy que é o único azul escuro que tenho com uma cor que se assemelha bastante à deste glitter! Finalizei com 2 camadas de top coat, pois como glitter que é, tem sempre um acabamento rugoso, mas nada que não se resolva com top coat em abundancia! This is my favourite among all the Party Line that I received for review from Mollon and I really like to save the best for last! It has a fabulous color and depht. It's entirely composed by square super fine glitter on a clear base and its shade is something between navy blue and purple, maybe it's the famous blurple! I used 2 coats of it over 1 coat of OPI Russian Navy, the only dark blue I have which color was near this one's. I finished with 2 coats of top coat, because it's a strong a lumpy glitter! Catrice Steel My Heart

Este é um verniz maravilhoso, com uma cor completamente indefinida, e que não tem nada a ver no frasco e nas unhas como podem ver nas fotos. É um verniz com acabamento de metal escovado, tal como o Steel My Soul, mate com relevo e com micro flocos multichrome incorporados na formula. A aplicação é super fácil graças ao maravilhoso novo pincel da Catrice, e a secagem é super rápida pois é um verniz sem brilho! Adoro-o!

This is a fantastic polish, with a completely indefinite color and the color on the bottle has nothing to do with the color on the nails, as you can see on the photos! This polish, just like Steel My Soul, has a brushed metal effect, a lumpy matte with multi chrome flakies in it, its application is super easy thanks to Catrice's new brush and dries quickly because it's a matte polish. I love it!

Hits Hula

Quem já me conhece sabe que eu basicamente não uso vermelho, mas este é um vermelho alaranjado e é flocado, e tem um brilho fantástico e eu adoro-o de paixão!!!! Tive que usar uma base da mesma cor pois ele é muitoooo ralinho e acho que nem com 5 camadas lá ía. Mas seca rápido, é fácil de aplicar e tem um brilho natural fantástico! E tem um tom super original a juntar à originalidade de já ter os flocos incorporados na formula! É perfeito!

Those who know me know that basically I don't wear red because I don't like it on my skin tone, but this is a red with orange in it, and has flakies and a wonderful natural shine and I love it!!!! I had to wear a base coat on the same shade because even with 5 coats it wouldn't cover the nail tip| But it dries quickly, easy application and has a fantastic natural shine! And has a very original shade too without counting the flakies already in the formula! Perfect!

China Glaze For Audrey / H&M Aqua Splash

Fiz esta mani ainda no verão (saudades...) and pareceu-me tão perfeita na altura! O China Glaze For Audrey (o frasco sofreu um pequenito acidente envolvendo acetona...) e filha única com o H&M Aqua Splash. O For Audrey é um tom de turquesa perfeito, mas tem tem uma aplicação um pouco complicada porque é bastante espesso e nem com óleo de banana a coisa melhorou mas com a 3.ª camada todas as imperfeições desapareceram. O Aqua Splash levou 2 camadas para ficar com este aspecto e é tãoooo lindo!! Adorei! É mesmo Verão!

I made this mani still in summer and it looked so perfect to me at the time! China Glaze For Audrey (tiny, tiny accident with nail polish remover with the bottle...) with H&M Aqua Splash on the accent nail! For Audrey is a perfect turquoise, not very easy to apply because it is a little bit thick but all the imperfections disappear on the 3rd coat. Aqua splash took 2 coats to get this look and it is soooo gorgeous! I loved it! So summer!!

Hits Samba

Basta ser verde que eu já vou adorar. Mas juntem flakies a um verde e tenho paixão para a vida toda! Este ainda é mais perfeito pois com 2 camadas ficou prontinho! E o resto é o que vêem! Cor super vibrante, fácil de aplicar, brilho fantastico e flakies, carradas de flakies! Maravihoso!!!

If it's green I'll love it. But add flakies to the equation and it's surely a life lasting love! This one is even more perfect then the others from the collection because it gets perfect with 2 coats. And the rest is what you can see! Super vibrant color, easy application, fantastic natural shine and flakies, lots and lots of flakies! It's wonderful!!

Revlon Popular

Aqui está um verniz que me custou tanto a dar-lhe uma oportunidade apenas porque é rosa claro e não me consigo gostar de ver com estes tons. Mas para responder a um desafio num grupo no FB lá me decidi a dar-lhe o tempo de antena merecido. E nem acredito que vou dizer isto mas adorei-o! Foram 2 camadas super tranquilas de se passar. Seca rápido e não suja as cutículas  O único senão é o facto de necessitar de 2 camadas de top coat por ser glitter e consequentemente algo rugoso, mas nada critico! Adorei usa-lo!

Here's a polish that was so hard for me to give it a chance and wear it, only because it's a pale pink and I'm not relly fond of that kind of tones. But I decided to give it a shot as my participation on a FB group weekly chalange, and I can't believe I'm saying this but, I loved it! 2 coats super easy to apply and dries quickly, Its only flaw i sthat it need 2 coats of top coat, but nothing critical. I loved wearing it!

Hits Cutie Pie

Um dos meus vernizes favoritos! Este Hits Cutie Pie é assim uma coisa assombrosa! Todas as fotos que aqui estão não mostram todas as cores que ele assume consoante as variações de luz. Usei de base um azul escuro para poupar o meu babe e dei 2 camadas do Cutie Pie. Não vou estar para aqui a falar muito! Vejam mas é as fotos que elas dizem tudo e mesmo assim deixam muito por dizer!

This is one of my favourite polishes of all time! This Hits Cutie Pie is something astonishing! All the photos here doesn't show all the colors that it gets depending on the light variations. I used a navy blue as base coat to spare my babe and I used 2 coats of Cutie Pie. And now I'm stopping with the blablabla and just leave you with the photos because they show everything!

Layla Mirror Effect Metal Chrome

Este é talvez o meu pior pesadelo em cerca 540 vernizes que fazem parte da colecção... desejei-o muito por todas as fotos que vi na net até ele chegar a portugal. Um verniz com efeito de foil? Um paraíso ..

Um paraíso que se tornou num inferno assim que o comprei e comecei a aplica-lo nas unhas. 1.ª tentativa, apliquei a minha base habitual Casco de Cavalo, comecei a aplicar o Metal Chrome e arrastava imenso, nem à 3.ª camada consegui homogeneidade. Experimentei com várias bases diferentes e o resultado era sempre o mesmo. 2ª tentativa, sem base. Sem base aplica-se super bem, não arrasta e fica bem com 2 camadas. Mas assim que seca é um drama! Estrias e defeitos por todos os lados. Aparecem defeitos que nem sonhava ter nas unhas! Tirei tudo e arrumei-o.

2 dias depois, e porque me falaram na lima polidora da própria Layla, lá fui compra-la muito contra a minha vontade porque 1.º não gosto de polir as unhas e 2.º dar mais 3 € por uma lima quando o verniz já custou 9 € é um abuso. Cheguei a casa, poli apenas uma unha e experimentei! Verdade, funciona. Agarrei, poli as unhas todas e apliquei o Metal Chrome nas unhas todas! O efeito é lindo de verdade! Ainda sobraram alguns defeitos porque não quis polir muito as unhas para não ficar com elas muito finas, mas ainda assim o efeito foi o pretendido. 2 horas depois olho para as unhas e nem queria acreditar! Na mão direita já tinha 2 unhas completamente desgastadas. Não tinha feito qualquer tipo de tarefa domestica, nada. No dia seguinte, a meio da manhã já tinha o verniz todo empolado na maior parte das unhas. Tenho pena de não ter registado fotograficamente esta tragédia, mas fiquei tão chateada que assim que cheguei a casa, acetona nas unhas todas a correr.

E assim terminou o meu pesadelo Layla Mirror Effect. Fiquei muito, muito chateada com esta situação e não sei se mais alguma vez comprarei algum Layla. Sinto-me enganada e desapontada.

This is my worst nightmare in what concerns my entire 540 polish stash... I've longed it so much for all the photos I've seen on the web until it arrived in Potugal. A foil effect polish? Heaven!

But heaven became hell right after I started applying it on my nails. 1st attempt, I started by apllying my usual base coat, Casco de Cavalo, a nail hardener, and when I started applying Metal Chrome, it dragged so much that I didn't get any homogeneity even after the 3rd coat. I tried with different base coats and the problem persisted. 2nd attempt, without base coat. This way the application is super easy and gets perfect with 2 coats. But once it dries... big drama... Grooves and all kind of flaws all over the nails. Flaws that I didn't even knoew I had... I removed it and stored it on the bottom of the helmer...

A couple of days later, I bought Layla buffer nail file, a bit against my will, 1st because I really don't like to buff my nails and 2nd because spend more 3 € to apply a polish that already costed 9 € it's an abuse, but whatever... When I got home I tried it with just one nail and it worked! I buffed all the nails and applied Metal Chrome. It still had some flaws but nothing big and the effect was wonderful! 2 hours later I looked at my nails and I just couldn't believe it major tipwear on 2 nails, and I haven't done anything at home! On the next daythe nails looked so ugly that I didn't even remind me to photograpgh this disaster and removed it just right after I got home.

And this was how my Layla mirror Effect nightmare ended... I was really, really pissed off with this situation and I'm not sure I'll ever buy a Layla polish again. I feel deceived and desappointed...

Dior Aloha

Este é o 2º Dior na minha colecção sendo que o 1.º foi o Nirvana! É um tom de laranja super vibrante, com uma aplicação muito fácil, brilho natural perfeito e seca muito rápido.

Entretanto, quando o estava a arrumar no meu helmer, reparei que já tinha um dupe perfeito para ele, o Cliché Raio. As cores são tão iguais que mal se nota qualquer diferença a olho nu como podem ver nas ultimas fotos!

This is the second Dior in my collection and was a gift from my mom. The 1st one was Nirvana. This is a very vibrant orange with an easy application, perfect natural shine, gets perfect with 2 coats and dries pretty quickly!

Meanwhile, when I was storing it on my helmer I found out that I already had a perfect dupe for it Cliché Raio. The colors are so alike that you can barely notice any difference as you can see on the last photos!
